Hospitable is genuinely good software, and unlike most of this category it was designed for small hosts rather than adapted down from a property management platform. That makes it a strong fit for a host who lists on more than one platform and whose main time sink is repetitive back-and-forth with guests. How the pricing actually works
Hospitable prices per property, starting around $29 per month for one listing and roughly $59 for two. That structure is normal for the category and it is not unreasonable, but it does mean your cost scales with your portfolio rather than staying flat.
Coho is $19 per month regardless of how many listings you have. For a single-listing host the gap is about $10 a month. At two listings it is closer to $40.
