These terms govern your use of Coho. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Coho provides a set of software tools for Airbnb hosts, accessed through your account. One tool is available on every account at no cost. Full access to all tools requires an active subscription or trial.
Subscription and billing
- Coho is offered at a single price: $19/month.
- New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and only if a payment method is on file at that point.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know at support@gocoho.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Coho is intended for legitimate use in managing your own Airbnb listings. Don't use it to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Coho reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove tools over time; if you're subscribed, new tools are included at no extra cost.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
Coho is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email.
