Airbnb check-in instructions template
Every check-in message has one job: tell a tired guest, standing outside with a suitcase, exactly how to get inside. Everything else can wait.
Example: The Blue Cabin
CHECK-IN Check-in time: 4:00pm or later How to get in: enter code 4281 on the keypad by the front door, then turn the handle down. The code is active starting at 4pm on your check-in day. Parking: in the driveway, on the right side, not blocking the garage. If the code doesn't work, call or text me at [your number], I'll answer.
Tip: Put the door code in the first sentence, not the third paragraph. That's the one detail a guest is actually scanning for.
