Airbnb parking instructions template
Bad parking instructions are one of the most common reasons a guest texts you within the first ten minutes. A specific one-paragraph answer heads that off.
Example: The Blue Cabin
PARKING Park in the driveway, on the right-hand side. Please don't block the garage door, it's still in use. If the driveway is full, street parking is free on Maple Ave, just watch for the Tuesday morning street cleaning signs. No permit needed.
Tip: Say explicitly if a permit is or isn't needed. "No permit needed" removes a guest's single biggest parking worry in four words.
