HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am - Max 4 guests, no extra visitors without asking first - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property - No parties or events - Pets welcome with advance notice, please keep them off the beds - Please treat the place like you'd want a guest to treat yours
Tip: Six rules or fewer. A long list reads as distrustful before a guest has done anything, and the ones that actually matter get lost in it.
