Airbnb check-out instructions template
A check-out list works when it's short enough that a guest running late for a flight will still do it. Three or four steps, not a chore list.
Example: The Blue Cabin
CHECK-OUT Check-out time: 11:00am Before you go, please: - Start the dishwasher if it's full - Take the kitchen trash out to the bin by the driveway - Turn off the lights and lock the door behind you No need to strip the beds or do laundry, that's on us. Thanks for staying!
Tip: If a step isn't strictly necessary, cut it. Every extra ask on a check-out list is something a rushed guest will skip anyway, and a long list just reads as demanding.
